Psychologist faces third sex assault charge

A suspended Pittsburgh Public Schools psychologist already awaiting trial for two separate sex assault cases was arrested again Tuesday night on charges stemming from a third sexual assault. Donald Stettner, 47, of Spring Hill, was arrested on charges of indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors for allegations involving a girl who is now a teenager, investigators said.
